What is your policy on returns?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept:-

  1. Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear and socks.
  2. Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty and skincare products.
  3. Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery, glassware and handbags.

Please return your items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

What is your policy on cancellation?

You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on Kohinoor Collections as long as you do so before it has been processed.

If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery.

Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.

Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.

Will you accept a return if I've discarded the outer packaging?

Yes. When scheduling a return by calling us on xxxxxxxxx, please wrap the returned products before handing them over to our courier partner.

Can I return part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was based on the total cost of my purchase?

Yes, you can.

My original order was Rs. 1,000 or more, so I qualified for free shipping. Do I still get free shipping if I return part of my order?

Yes, you will. We'll be happy to give you a full refund when you return your order.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

No, but you’ll be able to return products to a Kohinoor Collections and use your cash refund to buy a new product right away. However, you'll only receive a cash refund if you'd paid for your order by cash.

If you’ve paid by card, wallet or Net Banking, your refund will be processed accordingly.

If I pay for my order by Debit or Credit Card, how long will it take to process my refund?

If you return your products by placing an online return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works:

  1. It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check.
  2. We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund.
  3. Your bank or card may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.Get in touch with them to know more.

I paid for my order using Wallets. How is my refund processed?

If you return your products by placing an online return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works:

  1. It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check.
  2. We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund.
  3. Your wallet service may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.

If you’ve returned your products to one of our stores, we’ll approve your refund immediately. Your wallet service may take 2 to 7 business days to process it. Get in touch with them to know more.

I paid for my order with Cash on Delivery. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Return to store – If you pay by cash and then return a product to a Lifestyle store, we'll give you a cash refund. You can also opt for a Credit Note, or a refund to My Credit in your account.
  2. Call for a pick-up – You can ask Customer Support to transfer your refund to your bank account, or opt for refund to My Credit in your account. Guest users can opt for a Credit Note.
  3. Online return – We’re sorry, we won’t be able to offer you a cash refund or a bank transfer. You'll receive a refund to My Credit in your account, while guest users will get a Credit Note.
  4. My Credit refunds go to the My Credit section in your account and can be used to shop any of our online brands.

What is My Credit?

  1. If you pay for a product by cash and return it, we’ll refund your amount to My Credit under My Account. You can then use this refund to shop for anything on Kohinoor Collections.
  2. Refunds for products you've shopped with Landmark Rewards points, Gift Cards or vouchers will also go to your My Credit balance in your account.
  3. Please note, we’ll only credit your refund to My Credit if you’re a registered user with an online shopping account for any one of our brands. Guest users will receive a Credit Note that they can use to shop online. Your Credit Note will be valid for 6 months on purchases of the same brand.
  4. You will not be able to use your My Credit balance to pay your Shipping or Cash on Delivery charges.

I paid for an order using My Credit balance and then cancelled the order. What happens to my balance?

Your amount will once again be refunded to My Credit and your My Credit balance will be updated in your account.

I paid for part of my order using My Credit balance or a Credit Note and requested to pay the balance using Cash on Delivery. I cancelled the order before it arrived. How will my refund be processed?

If you're a registered user, that is, if you've created an online shopping account with us, you'll receive a refund for the same amount to My Credit in your account. You can then use your My Credit balance to shop any of our brands online.

If you're a guest user, we will issue a fresh Credit Note for the same amount as your existing one. Your new Credit Note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and you can use it to shop for Lifestyle products online.

I paid for part of my order using my Credit Balance or a Credit Note and the rest with a Debit or Credit Card, and then cancelled the order before it was dispatched. How is my refund processed?

We'll credit back the balance you spent to My Credit in your account. If you're a guest user, we'll issue a fresh Credit Note for the same value as your existing Credit Note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The rest of your payment will be refunded to your card, bank account, wallet or PayPal account, depending on your payment method.

I paid for an order using My Credit Balance or Credit Note as well as a Debit or Credit Card or PayPal account, and want to return the entire order now. How is my refund processed?

  1. No problem. After we verify your returns, we'll credit back the balance you spent to My Credit in your account.
  2. If you're a guest user, we'll issue a fresh Credit Note for the same value as your existing Credit Note.
  3. The remaining amount will be refunded to your card, bank account or PayPal account.

I paid for an order using a Credit Note and a Debit or Credit Card, but I want to return a part of my order. How is my refund processed?

While processing a refund in these cases, we consider the proportionate value of the Credit Note (or Landmark Rewards points if you've shopped with them) in relation to all the products in the order and their total product value. If you want to cancel or return a part of your order, we will issue a new Credit Note or a refund to My Credit (if you’re a registered user), for the proportionate value of the Credit Note or Landmark Rewards points. The rest of the amount will be refunded to your Debit or Credit Card, bank account or wallet, as the case may be.

For example, consider an order with three products worth Rs.500 each, having a total value of Rs.1500. The order was partly paid for by using a Credit Note or Rewards points worth Rs.300 and the rest of the amount was paid for using any online payment method such as Debit or Credit Card, Net Banking or Wallets. If you return one product, you will receive a new Credit Note (or My Credit balance if you’re a registered user) for Rs.100, which is equivalent to the Credit Note or Rewards points in proportion to the order value, and the remaining Rs.400 will be refunded to your Debit Card, Credit Card, bank account or wallet.

If I have used a promo code to place my order, how is my refund calculated?

Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied using promo code on the product that you’re returning or cancelling.

If the order value is still eligible for the promo discount applied even after returning or cancelling a part of the order, how is my refund calculated?

If the order value does not drop below the specified amount even after returning or cancelling a part of your order, you’ll still be eligible for a part of the promo discount. Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied on the product that you’re returning or cancelling. This means that you get back exactly what you paid for the product you’re returning.

Please note, we do not deduct the full value of the promo code you’ve applied in these cases.

If I return a product to store, can I receive my refund partly in cash, and the remaining as a Credit Note?

No, we're sorry, you will not be able to split your refund in any way.

If you've paid by cash, you can opt for either a cash refund, a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account.

If you've paid by card, you'll receive a refund to your card, or you can opt for a Credit Note.

Where can I spend my Credit Note?

Credit Notes are issued when you return a product, usually one that you’ve paid for by Cash on Delivery. You can also opt for a Credit Note when you return a product to a store, whatever your payment method.

Credit Notes you receive when you place an online return request or call for a return pickup are valid only for 6 months and can only be used to shop Lifestyle products online.

If I return a product that I bought with a Credit Note to a store, how is my refund processed?

We'll first check your products. Once that's done, you can opt either for a new Credit Note, or a refund to My Credit in your account.

If I buy a product partly with cash and partly with a Credit Note, and then return it to store, how is my refund calculated?

For your cash payment, you will receive a cash refund. The amount that you've paid using your My Credit balance or Credit Note will be returned to you either as fresh Credit Note or refunded to My Credit in your account (if you're a registered user).

You can also opt to receive your full refund as a Credit Note.

I bought a product by paying Cash on Delivery and returned it to store in exchange for a Credit Note, which I then spent on new purchases. If I return these new products I bought to a store, can I receive a cash refund?

No, we're sorry, we offer cash refunds only when you return a product bought by Cash on Delivery, to a store. Since your second purchase was made with a Credit Note, it is no longer eligible for a cash refund on return.

If I paid for my order with Landmark Rewards points and then returned it to store, how is my refund processed?

You'll receive a refund to My Credit in your account (if you're a registered user) or a Credit Note (if you're a guest user) for the value of the Landmark Rewards points you've spent.

What should I do if the product delivered by you is damaged or defective?

No worries. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery via email on help@Kohinoor Collections. You must attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect.
