Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.

If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on 1800-123-1555 within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery in one to two business days.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in two to three business days, and orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered in four to five business days.

During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 999 and above. If your total order is less than Rs. 999 but above Rs.599, you will be charged Rs. 99 for delivery. If your total order is less than or equal to Rs.599, you will be charged Rs. 149 for delivery.

If you've opted for Cash on Delivery, you'll have to pay an additional charge of Rs. 30 on your order.

Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

To change your password:-
  1. Sign in to your Kohinoor Collections account.
  2. Go to the My Account section.
  3. Go to your Profile page.
  4. Click 'Change Password'.
  5. Enter your current and new password (something secure that's easy to remember), and confirm it.
  6. Hit the Save Changes button.
To add, delete or change your debit or credit card details:-
  1. Sign in to your Kohinoor Collections account.
  2. Go to the My Account section.
  3. Click on the Payment link
  4. Add or delete Debit or Credit Cards as needed, and select your default payment card.
To change your billing address:-
  1. Sign in to your Kohinoor Collections account.
  2. Go to the My Account section.
  3. Click on the Address Book tab on the left of the page.
  4. Click on the Add a New Address link at the top of the page.
  5. Make your changes and save your new billing address.
Your account, Debit Card and Credit Card information are secured by best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption. To keep your personal and payment details safe, we ensure that sensitive and private data exchanges between you and Kohinoor Collections happen over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) communication channel, and are encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

SSL-secured communication channels are specially designed to protect all personal and sensitive information sent over the Internet. For security reasons, we only store and display the last four digits of your Debit Card or Credit Card number and card expiry date when placing an order.

We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to first cancel your order - either online from your account (if you're a registered user) or by calling us on xxxx-xxx-xxx (if you're a guest user). You can then place a new order with the corrected address.
No, we do not offer this facility at the moment.
We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.
Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order.

Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own.
We accept a variety of payment methods:-
  1. Visa or MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards.
  2. RuPay Debit Cards.
  3. NetBanking.
  4. Cash on Delivery.
  5. Wallets such as Paytm, MobiKwik and JioMoney.
  6. PayPal.

Please note, Cash on Delivery is not available at all locations, so do check your Pincode to confirm that it is available for you.

No, we're sorry, we will not be able to transfer the amount to your bank account, or give you the same amount in cash.

Your My Credit balance can only be used to shop one of our brands online.

A wallet is a convenient digital payment method that allows you to pay for your purchases digitally and securely, instead of worrying about paying by cash.

You can pay easily for your purchases on Kohinoor Collections using popular digital wallets such as Paytm, MobiKwik or JioMoney.

Here's how you can pay using Wallets:
  1. Add the products you want to your basket and checkout.
  2. At the Payment page, you will see 5 payment options, including Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, NetBanking and Wallets. Click on Wallets.
  3. Select the wallet you want - Paytm, MobiKwik or JioMoney.
  4. Once you're redirected to the wallet portal, sign in to your wallet account. You'll be able to pay with the money available in your wallet.
To do that, the wallet app needs to be downloaded to your mobile device.
Yes, if you have a Kohinoor Collections Credit Note, you can combine it with your wallet while making a payment.
The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery purchases is Rs. 7,999. If you wish to shop for more than Rs. 7,999, you can opt to use your Debit or Credit Card, pay via NetBanking, or through Wallets.
Our courier partners are unable to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations. If you live in one of these locations, you can still choose to pay via NetBanking, Wallets or by Debit or Credit Card.
If our courier partner cannot offer Cash on Delivery for your address, try NetBanking or pay with your Debit or Credit Card. If you do not have these facilities, do get in touch with your bank to activate them easily.

You can also choose to pay using one of the digital wallets we offer, such as Paytm, MobiKwik or JioMoney.

Yes, you have to pay additional charge of Rs.30 for Cash on Delivery over and above the shipping charge.
No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. Octroi or sales tax is borne by LifestyleStores. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
If your payment has failed, please try again after checking whether your account details, billing address, Debit or Credit Card details, NetBanking details, Wallet details, or any other payment-related information is accurate.

Check that your internet connection is working.

If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account, Credit Card or Wallet within seven business days.

  1. As soon as you complete your order, you will see the full amount charged on your credit card.
  2. After 3-7 days, your bank will convert this into an EMI.
  3. Post conversion the 1st installment will be retained by the bank and remaining amount will be released to the customer’s credit limit. For example, if you have made a 3-month EMI purchase of Rs. 25,000 and your credit limit is Rs. 1,00,000 then your bank will block your credit limit by Rs. 25,000 and thus your available credit limit after the purchase will only be Rs. 75,000. As and when you pay your EMI every month, your credit limit will be released accordingly.
If you cancel or return an order purchased using EMI, we will initiate the refund as per our Return policy. You will then need to contact your bank to confirm how the EMI scheme on your credit card has been modified, or for any queries on foreclosure.

There is NO processing fee charged for availing EMI payment option. On return, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded.

You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.

We are supporting all major credit cards from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Citibank, SBI Card, Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, HSBC Bank, IndusInd Bank, Corporation Bank, Ratnakar Bank Limited, IDBI Bank and Central Bank of India.
Orders above Rs.3,000 and above are eligible for an EMI payment.

Your card issuing bank or payment partner has the discretion to either approve or reject an order placed using the EMI payment option on the basis of your eligibility. If your bank or payment partner rejects your request,you can approach your bank or payment partner to understand why the EMI was not approved. In such cases, you can choose to cancel your order.

If your order is eligible for purchase on EMI, you can select ‘EMI’ as the payment mode during checkout. Follow these simple steps:
  1. Choose your credit-card issuing bank you wish to pay from
  2. Select the EMI tenure of your preference
  3. Enter your credit card details
  4. Click ‘Pay Now’

Please note that your card issuing bank or payment partner has the discretion to either approve or reject an order placed using the EMI payment option.
